This guide covers how to analyze campaign performance, compare results with Power Rankings, track key metrics with Group Spotlight, and review detailed campaign data across multiple channels.
Welcome to the Group’s Reporting Page in Grower — your ultimate tool for monitoring and optimizing your marketing campaigns! Think of this as your control center, where you get a complete view of your campaigns’ performance, allowing you to fine-tune strategies and maximize results.
If you’re familiar with the Performance Insights page on the Campaign Group level, you’ll feel right at home here. While both pages offer in-depth insights, the Group’s Reporting Page focuses on the performance of individual campaigns within a specific Group, offering a more granular view. It allows you to dive deeper into the metrics and optimize your efforts on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
Let’s explore each feature, uncovering how it can elevate your marketing efforts!
Navigating To The Reporting Page
Prepared to be blown away? Navigate to the Group navigation bar and click on the "Reporting" tab.
This will take you directly to the Group’s Reporting page, where all your performance insights are neatly organized for easy access and analysis.
Group Spotlight: Your Quick Performance Snapshot
If you want a quick glance at how your campaigns are doing, this is where the Group Spotlight shines.
This section summarizes the best and least-performing campaigns, making it easy to see what’s working and where you might need to adjust.
When you first arrive, you’ll notice the Group Spotlight displays several metrics like the Best Performing Campaign, which shows the campaign with the highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). It’s a great way to instantly spot which campaign is generating the most value for your money.
You’ll also find insights into the Most Converting Campaign, giving you a peek into the one with the highest conversion rate. This helps you understand which strategy is effectively turning engagement into action.
Similarly, you’ll see the Best Cost Per Acquisition, showing which campaign is delivering results most efficiently.
Lastly, the Highest Spending Campaign highlights where the most budget has been allocated, allowing you to monitor expenditure.
To get the most out of this section, hover over the tooltip icon next to “Group Spotlight” for a brief explanation of what each metric represents.
You can also adjust the date range filter to tailor the data to specific time periods within your Group’s timeline. By default, the filter shows the last 7 days if your Group is active. Otherwise, it covers the entire period if the Group has ended.
This snapshot is designed to give you a clear view of what’s working and where you might need to pivot, helping you make smart, quick decisions.
Power Rankings: See How Campaigns Stack Up
Now, let’s move on to the Power Rankings section, where you get a comprehensive comparison of all your campaigns. It’s an engaging feature, letting you rank and review campaigns based on a performance metric of your choice. Imagine having a leaderboard of your marketing efforts — this is where you see which campaigns are leading the way and which might need some fine-tuning.
Start by clicking on the "Ranking Metric" dropdown.
By default, the system selects the top metric based on the primary objective set when creating your Group, giving you an instant view of the most relevant performance indicator. However, you can also explore other metrics like ROAS, Clicks, or Impressions to suit your current focus.
As you view the rankings, the highest performers will stand out in green, while those at the bottom appear in orange, giving you a visual cue of where each campaign stands.
If you prefer a cleaner view, use the "Hide Blank Campaigns" toggle to filter out inactive campaigns.
Want to dig deeper? You have the option to compare multiple campaigns. Simply select the campaigns you want to review by clicking the checkboxes next to their names.
Once you’ve between two to four campaigns, the "Compare Campaigns" button becomes active. Click it, and a comparison popup will display a detailed side-by-side analysis. This makes it easy to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement in each campaign.
You can also adjust the date range to customize the data view and gain insights into specific periods.
The Power Rankings section is your go-to spot for seeing the bigger picture, giving you the ability to make informed decisions based on real-time data and comparisons.
Campaigns Performance: The Deep Dive
If you’re someone who loves the details, the Campaigns Performance section is for you.
This is where you’ll find an in-depth look at each campaign associated with your Group, broken down by channel. Whether you’re managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms, this section brings all your campaigns together in one place.
As you explore, you’ll see that each channel tab presents the campaigns linked to it. Clicking on a tab reveals the associated campaigns, allowing you to navigate between different platforms with ease.
The table here is dynamic — whenever a new campaign is added from an associated channel, it automatically appears. Similarly, if a campaign is removed, the table updates instantly. It’s all about keeping you in the loop without any extra effort.
At the top right, you’ll find the Analyze Group button, introducing a new AI-powered analysis feature for your Group. This tool allows you to gain advanced insights into overall campaign performance.
Additionally, the Deep Analysis feature that you’re familiar with from the Campaign Group level is also maintained here, enabling you to dive deeper into specific campaigns whenever needed.
To refine your view, adjust the date range filter at the top.
You can also use the search bar to quickly locate specific campaigns by name.
This section is designed for precision, ensuring that whether you’re reviewing clicks, conversions, or engagement, you’re able to access the exact information you need when you need it.
Website Pages Overview: Track Visitor Engagement
This section focuses on insights from your linked website pages, showing how users engage with your content over time, with data available on a per-page basis.
If you’ve connected a Google Analytics 4 channel, this is where the data flows in. You’ll see metrics like user sessions, engagement rates, and conversion events — all in one view.
If your Group hasn’t linked a GA4 account yet, a helpful message prompts you to set it up, making sure no data goes unnoticed.
If you have a GA4 account connected but haven’t linked any specific webpages, another message will appear, reminding you to add pages for data collection.
Once everything is connected, you can explore your website’s performance. The default view shows the last 7 days of data, but you can adjust the range for a longer look.
You can also filter by specific event types, conversion events, or individual pages, allowing for more detailed insights.
This is your digital magnifying glass, letting you zero in on what’s resonating with your audience and what might need refining.
AI Knowledge Hub: Smart Insights At Your Service
Finally, we arrive at the AI Knowledge Hub, a centralized space where all your campaign analyses are stored.
Think of it as your personal library of insights. Every time you run a Group or Deep Analysis, it’s stored here, categorized neatly so you can access them anytime.
You’ll find two tabs: Group Analysis and Deep Analysis.
The Group Analysis provides an overview of all campaigns within your Group, while the Deep Analysis dives into individual campaign details. Each analysis card shows the campaign’s name, the channel, the prompt used, and the date range — making it easy to review past insights.
Looking to save a finding for later? You can add analyses to your Lessons Learned by clicking the "Add To Lessons Learned" button on each card. If you change your mind, just click the "Remove From Lessons Learned" button to remove it.
Need to clean up your library? Deleting an analysis is as simple as clicking the trash icon and confirming.
This section is all about making data-driven decisions easy and intuitive. With everything stored in one place, you can track past learnings, run new analyses, and refine your strategies based on AI-powered recommendations.
Planning Ahead: Groups With Future Start Dates
If your Group’s start date is set in the future, you may see a message saying, "The start date of your Group is in the future, therefore, there is no data to display." No need to worry — this just means data collection hasn’t begun yet.
But exciting news! We’re working on a new feature that will soon let you fully plan Groups for future dates, giving you the flexibility to set up campaigns well in advance.
For now, to kick things off, simply click the "Edit Group Starting Date" button. This allows you to adjust the start date and start gathering the valuable insights you need to optimize your campaigns.
