This guide covers how to manage marketing campaigns within a Group, including adding, removing, searching, and filtering campaigns.
The Channel Campaigns page is where you can effortlessly manage all your group's marketing campaigns. This user-friendly space lets you view, add, remove, search, and filter campaigns to keep everything organized and up-to-date.
When you make any changes — whether adding a new campaign or removing an old one — the group’s data is automatically refreshed to reflect your updates.
Navigating To The Channel Campaigns Page
To start, head over to the group you want to manage and click on the Components tab.
Once there, select Channel Campaigns in the sub-menu, and you’ll see a table displaying all the campaigns currently tied to that group. Each entry includes important details like the campaign name, start date, and end date, so you can quickly grasp what’s happening in your campaign landscape.
Adding Campaigns
Want to add a new campaign to your group? Simply click the "+ Add Campaign" button located in the top-right corner of the page.
Once you click this button, a new window will open, allowing you to choose the campaigns you want to add to your group.
Here, you’ll find a list of all remaining campaigns that haven’t yet been associated with your Group.
You can use the filters to quickly locate specific campaigns. Select the campaigns you want by clicking the checkboxes next to them. For multiple selections, check as many boxes as you need, or use the "select all" option at the top of the list for convenience.
Once you're happy with your selections, click the "Add Campaigns" button at the bottom right corner of the window. A confirmation popup will then appear.
If you click the "Confirm" button, the selected campaigns will instantly be added to your group, and the data will update accordingly based on your additions.
Removing Campaigns
Removing a campaign is just as easy! Locate the campaign you no longer need in the table and click orange "Remove Campaign" button on the right-hand side.
You’ll be asked to confirm your decision, and once confirmed, the campaign will be removed, with your group’s data updating automatically to reflect the change.
If you have multiple campaigns to remove, select the checkboxes for each campaign you want to delete. Once multiple campaigns are selected, the "Remove Campaigns" button becomes active.
Clicking this button will open a popup where you can confirm the removal of all selected campaigns. This action will instantly remove all chosen campaigns from the group, updating the data accordingly.
Keep in mind that you will not be able to delete a campaign if it’s the only campaign within a group. Each group must contain at least one campaign at all times.
