When Do Pending Recommendations Expire?

The timeline depends on the type of campaign:

• Campaigns With An End Date: Recommendations expire after 80% of the campaign's duration. So if a campaign runs from May 1 to May 31, the recommendations will expire by May 24.
• Campaigns With No End Date: Recommendations expire 30 days after creation.

A countdown timer will display the days left before the recommendation expires. Once expired, they are permanently deleted.
