You may encounter errors when uploading assets due to:
- File Size Exceeds Limit: Each asset must be under 50MB, and the total size of all assets in a Campaign Group must not exceed 1GB.
- Unsupported File Format: Ensure your file is in a supported format. Supported formats include:
- Images: JPEG, PNG, SVG, GIF, JPG
- Documents: PDF, CSV, XLSX, XLS, PPTX, PPT, DOC, DOCX
- Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV
- Video: MP4, M4V, MPG, WMV, MOV, AVI, SWF
- Corrupt File: If the file is corrupt, it may not upload correctly. Open the file on your local device to check its functionality, or create a new version of the file and attempt the upload again.
