Shaping the Marketing Operating System for the Future
2025 was a defining year for Grower.
Not because of one headline launch, but because of the direction we committed to. This was the year we moved from adding features to shaping a system: one designed to connect insight, execution, creativity, and scale into a coherent Marketing Operating System.
Every decision we made this year was guided by a long-term vision:
to help marketers move faster, work smarter, and rely on a platform that grows with them.
Let’s look back at what shaped 2025.
From Analysis to Action
One of the most important shifts in 2025 was closing the gap between knowing and doing.
Grower evolved beyond being a place to analyze performance. Throughout the year, we introduced capabilities that help teams act on insights with clarity and structure. Task Management became a core pillar of the platform, allowing marketers to turn insights into work, assign ownership, and track progress without leaving Grower.
By the end of the year, Grower was no longer just answering “what happened.”
It was helping teams decide “what’s next.”
Features That Shaped 2025
Rather than shipping disconnected functionality, 2025 was about building the right layers in the right order. Those efforts fall into four clear themes.
Strategy & Planning
In 2025, Grower took a major step upstream.
With the launch of the Marketing Planner, Grower became a place not just to run and optimize campaigns, but to build the strategy that powers them. This marked the delivery of the Plan pillar in Grower’s PEOS vision.
The Marketing Planner introduced a dedicated workspace for shaping marketing strategy end to end. Teams can now define their market landscape, structure go-to-market plans, analyze competitors, establish positioning, and create ICPs and buyer personas, all directly inside Grower.
By bringing strategy into the platform itself, Grower eliminated the need for scattered documents and siloed thinking. Planning is no longer something that happens elsewhere and gets “handed off”, it lives where execution and measurement happen.
Channel Expansion & Measurement
We continued expanding Grower’s data ecosystem to give marketers broader visibility and more reliable measurement.
TikTok Ads Integration brought performance data from one of the fastest-growing platforms directly into Grower’s reporting and analysis flows.
Adjust Integration unlocked app-level tracking and more accurate attribution, giving teams clearer visibility into installs, post-install behavior, and campaign impact: all verified and centralized inside Grower.
Together, these integrations strengthened Grower’s role as a single source of truth across web and app performance.
Workflow & Execution
A major focus in 2025 was helping teams move from insight to execution without friction.
Task Management, built specifically for marketers, introduced structured ownership, deadlines, and campaign-linked work.
Smart task creation from AI recommendations turned insights into actionable next steps.
Deliverables and approval workflows closed the execution loop, allowing teams to submit one or multiple options, collect feedback, and get sign-off without scattered tools or lost context.
Email notifications ensured teams stayed aligned without constant platform check-ins.
These additions transformed Grower from a reporting tool into an execution workspace.
AI & Insights
We also invested heavily in how insights are generated, structured, and consumed.
The AI Hub evolved to clearly separate insights from recommendations, giving users more control and clarity.
Deep Analysis was redesigned into focused themes such as budget performance, content effectiveness, and audience targeting, replacing one-size-fits-all reports with more actionable perspectives.
Continuous improvements to AI logic improved relevance, context awareness, and speed as data volumes increased.
The result was analysis that feels easier to understand and easier to act on.
Supporting Governments and Global Enterprises
2025 also marked a significant shift in who Grower is built for.
Throughout the year, we began supporting enterprise and government-level organizations, including teams operating at the scale and complexity of major government entities in the GCC, alongside other large institutions and enterprises.
This transition required more than feature expansion. It demanded a different level of rigor.
Enterprise environments bring higher expectations around data accuracy, security, reliability, and governance. They operate across multiple teams, regions, and channels, with larger budgets and lower tolerance for ambiguity. Supporting these clients pushed Grower to mature rapidly, not just as a product, but as a platform.
To meet these needs, we invested in scalability to handle large campaign volumes without degradation, security and infrastructure hardening for enterprise-grade compliance, more robust data handling for organizations relying on Grower as a source of truth, and clearer workflows essential for teams operating at scale.
Working with enterprise and public-sector organizations validated the direction we've been building toward. It confirmed that Grower is not just suited for fast-moving teams, but also capable of supporting complex, high-stakes marketing operations.
This shift has had a lasting impact on how we design, build, and prioritize; raising the bar for everything that follows.
Scaling the Engine Behind the Platform
Much of 2025 was spent strengthening the foundation beneath the product, driven in large part by the enterprise demands described above.
We invested in scaling Grower's AI engine to handle larger data volumes, more complex campaign structures, and faster insight generation as usage grew. Data processing pipelines were optimized to improve reliability and reduce latency across synced channels.
This work isn't always visible, but it's what ensures Grower remains fast, stable, and dependable as it scales.
Supporting Better Everyday Workflows
Beyond features and infrastructure, we focused on experience.
Throughout the year, we continuously refined UX and UI, resolved friction points, and simplified everyday interactions. Improvements to data syncing, navigation, and feedback loops added up to a platform that feels calmer and more predictable to use.
The goal was simple: make Grower easier to trust, even as it becomes more powerful.
Our Vision Moving Forward
By the end of 2025, Grower’s direction was clear.
We’re not building disconnected tools.
We’re shaping a Marketing Operating System where strategy, analysis, execution, creativity, and measurement live together, powered by AI, designed for scale, and grounded in how marketing actually works.
That vision guided every decision we made this year, including when to slow down.
Ending the Year With Intention
In December, we deliberately paused major feature launches to focus on system uplift, stability, and performance improvements. Rather than rushing releases, we chose to end the year with a stronger foundation.
This wasn’t a slowdown.
It was preparation.
Looking Ahead to 2026
If 2025 was about shaping the system, 2026 is about activating it.
Early in the year, we’ll be launching the Creative Hub, a new AI-powered space for ideation, iteration, and content creation, deeply connected to personas, channels, and campaign context.
We’ll also continue expanding integrations and execution capabilities, moving toward more unified campaign activation, richer attribution, and tighter links between planning, deployment, and performance.
Under the hood, investment in AI, infrastructure, and security will continue, ensuring Grower scales confidently as teams, data, and ambitions grow.
A Thank You From the Grower Team
To everyone who trusted Grower this year, shared feedback, and pushed the platform in real-world conditions : thank you.
2025 was shaped by real usage and real needs. We’re proud of how far Grower has come, and we’re entering 2026 with clarity, confidence, and intent.
