How Do I Create A Persona?

You can create a persona either from a Campaign Group or from a Group. Personas created at the Campaign Group level are available for all Groups within that Campaign Group. Personas created at the Group level are automatically added to the Campaign Group the Group belongs to.

There are two types of personas you can create:

• AI-Optimized: The platform uses AI to analyze your organization, campaign group data, products, market trends, and target audience to generate a persona.
• Manual: This option allows you to define all attributes yourself, giving you full persona control.

To create personas, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Personas page within a Campaign Group or the Personas page located within the Components tab within a Group.
2. Click the Add Persona button.
   • If within a Group, click the "Create New Persona" button.
3. Choose between an AI-Optimized Persona or a Manual Persona.
4. Fill in the required details and click Save.
