How Do I Associate A Persona With A Group?

To add personas to a Group, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the desired Group within a Campaign Group.
2. Click on the Components tab and select Personas.
3. Click the "+ Add Persona" button at the top right.
4. Click either the "Use Existing Personas" or the "Create New Persona" button.
5. If "Use Existing Personas" is selected:
   • Select the desired personas within the Campaign Group by checking the boxes next to them.
   • Click the "Add Selected" button.
   • Confirm your selection.
6. If "Create New Persona" is selected:
   • Choose between an AI Optimized Persona or a Manual Persona.
   • Fill out the required fields.
   • Click the "Create" button.

Once completed, the personas will be added to the Group. If a new persona is created, it will also be added to the Campaign Group that the Group belongs to.
