What is the Creative Hub?
The Creative Hub is Grower’s AI-powered creative workspace. Accessed from within any Campaign Group, it lets you generate text, images, and video content using AI — all in one place, with your campaign context and branding built in.
Each session in the Creative Hub is a dedicated workspace for a single creative type. Sessions are saved automatically, so you can pause and resume at any time.
Creative Types Available • Text — Ad copy, emails, blog posts, SEO snippets, social posts, scripts, and more • Image — Ad visuals, social graphics, email banners, product visuals, and more • Video — Ad videos, explainer videos, social videos, promo clips, and more • PDF, Page, Magnet, Audio — Coming soon |
Getting Started
Accessing the Creative Hub
Navigate to any Campaign Group and click the Creative Hub tab in the top navigation bar.
The Home Screen
The Creative Hub home screen has two sections:
- Select a creative type — Choose from Text, Image, or Video (plus coming-soon types) to start a new session.
- Continue Where You Left Off — Resume any previously open session. Cards show the session name, creative type badge, format, number of generations, and creation date.
View All Open Sessions link is available to browse all saved sessions.
Starting a New Session
Click any active creative type card (Text, Image, or Video). A new session opens immediately, named with the type and timestamp (e.g. “Text Session — May 15, 9:12:31 PM”).
| 💡 Note: Pdf, Page, Magnet, and Audio types are shown but marked “Coming Soon” and cannot be selected yet. |
Resuming a Session
From the home screen, click any session card to open it. If you hover over a card, you’ll see Resume and End Session buttons.
The Session Interface
Every session shares a common layout:
- Creative type selector bar — Switch between Text, Image, and Video at the top of the session.
- Prompt box — The main input area where you describe what you want to generate.
- Model selector — Choose which AI model to use for this generation.
- Format Type — Select the format category and specific format detail for your creative.
- Advanced Settings — Collapsible panel with ICPS, Personas, Funnel Stage, and number of creatives.
- Generate button — Runs the generation when you’re ready.
- Version panel — Left sidebar showing all generation versions in this session.
The Prompt
Write a natural language description of what you want to create. The prompt field supports up to 1,000 characters. You can be as specific or as broad as you like — additional fields and settings help the AI refine the output further.
Raw Prompt mode: When the Raw Prompt toggle is enabled, the AI follows your prompt literally, ignoring any campaign context or formatting rules. Use this when you want exact, unfiltered output.
Selecting a Model
Each creative type offers a curated set of AI models suited to that type of content. Use the model dropdown at the top of the prompt box to switch models before generating.
| Creative Type | Currently Available Models |
| Text | GPT-5 – Advanced, GPT-5 Nano – Ultra Fast, GPT-5 Mini – Lightweight, GPT-5.3 – Instant, Gemini 2.5 Pro – Stable, Gemini 3.1 Pro (Preview), Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite |
| Image | Ideogram Default, Ideogram Quality, Ideogram Turbo, Runway Gen-4 – Photorealistic, Nano Banana, Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana Flash, Flux 2 Pro, Flux 2 Max, Flux 2 Flex, GPT-1.5 Vision, DALL-E 3 |
| Video | Veo 3.1 Fast – Quick Preview Generation, Veo 3.1 Standard – High Quality Generation |
Format Type
After writing your prompt, select a Format Type to give the AI more precise instructions about the kind of output you need.
Text Format Types
SEO Snippet, Ad Copy, Blog, Case Study, Email, Other, Podcast Script, Product Description, Social Text Post, Video Script, Web Page Content
Image Format Types
Ad Visual, Email Visual, Multi-use, Offline Creative, Product Visual, Social Visual, Web Visual
Video Format Types
Event Video, Explainer Video, Promo Video, Social Video, Testimonial Video, Thought Leadership, Video Ad
| 💡 Note: Selecting a Format Type is optional but improves generation quality. The AI uses this to apply appropriate structure and tone. |
Advanced Settings
Click the Advanced Settings section to expand additional options that help target your creative more precisely:
- ICPS — Select or add an Ideal Customer Profile to target.
- Personas — Select or add a persona for the creative.
- Funnel Stage — Choose Awareness, Consideration, or Conversion.
- Number of Creatives — Select how many variants to generate (1, 2, 3, or 4).
Branding (Image Sessions)
For Image sessions, a Branding Details prompt appears at the top of the session if no branding has been applied yet.
Click Branding Details to open the branding panel where you can:
- Toggle Apply Branding on or off
- Set Primary and Secondary Fonts
- Add brand colors with hex codes or a color picker
- Upload logos: Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Light Mode, Dark Mode, and Icon/Favicon
| ✅ Tip: If branding has already been configured in the Planner module, it is automatically inherited in the Creative Hub. You can review or override it here. |
Image Sessions
Image sessions let you generate visual creatives using a range of AI image models. In addition to the standard prompt and model selection, Image sessions include:
Reference Images
You can upload up to 4 reference images (optional) to guide the AI’s visual style, composition, or subject matter. These appear in the Advanced Settings area as Upload Image 1–4.
Video Sessions
Video sessions generate short AI video clips. They include additional generation settings specific to video output:
Video Generation Settings
- Aspect Ratio: 16:9 or 9:16
- Resolution: 720p, 1080p, or 4K
- Duration: 4s, 6s, or 8s
| 💡 Note: 1080p and 4K resolutions are only available at 8 seconds duration. |
- Sounds Settings: Toggle “Sounds On” to include audio in the generated video.
- Negative Prompt (optional): Describe what you want to avoid in the output (e.g. blur, extra fingers, text, watermark).
Upload Images for Video
You can optionally upload images to guide the video generation:
- Frame Selection — Upload a first frame image to anchor the video’s opening.
- Reference Images — Upload up to 3 reference images for style or content guidance.
| 💡 Note: Frames and Reference Images cannot be used together. Using one disables the other. |
Generating Your Creative
Once your prompt, model, and settings are configured, click Generate. The AI will produce the number of variants you selected. Results appear as a new version in the current session.
Each generation creates a new version entry in the left version panel, letting you compare results across different runs or settings.
Working with Generated Results
After generation completes, your results appear as cards in the main workspace. Each card shows a preview of the output. Here’s how to work with them:
Reviewing Results
- Each generated variant is displayed as a card in the main workspace.
- For text, each card shows a preview of the content.
- For images, each card shows a thumbnail.
- For video, each card shows a thumbnail frame.
View More / Full Preview: Click on a text card to open the full Option Preview, showing the complete generated content.
Accepting and Rejecting
Each card has Accept (green checkmark) and Reject (red X) buttons for quick decisions. You can also act on multiple cards at once:
- Select individual cards by clicking the checkbox in the top corner of each card.
- Use Select All (top right) to select all cards in the current version.
- Once one or more are selected, a bulk action bar appears showing the count selected, with Accept and Reject buttons.
Accepting: A confirmation dialog appears showing the creative and noting it will be locked and added to your Campaign Group Library. Confirm by clicking Accept & Add to Library.
Rejecting: A feedback prompt appears asking for the reason (Not Relevant, Low Quality, Repetitive, Inaccurate) plus an optional free-text field. You can Skip the feedback or Submit it. Rejected creatives are marked with a REJECTED badge and an Undo option.
| ✅ Tip: Rejected creatives can be un-rejected by clicking Undo on the REJECTED badge. Accepted creatives are marked ACCEPTED and locked. |
Downloading Results
Each card has a download icon. Download formats depend on the creative type:
- Text: Download as PDF or DOCX
- Image: Download as JPEG or PNG
- Video: Download as MP4
Editing Text Results
For text creatives, open the full preview of a card and click the edit (pencil) icon to enter edit mode. A rich text toolbar appears with formatting options (Normal/heading style, Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, alignment, lists, and a link tool). Make your changes and click Save Changes, or Cancel to discard.
Remix (Image Only)
Each image card has a Remix this creative icon. Clicking it opens the Remix Image panel where you can:
- Select a model
- Describe what you want to change (up to 1,000 characters)
- Click Generate to produce a remixed version
When generation completes, the panel shows a side-by-side comparison of the Original and New version. Additional remix variants appear as thumbnails on the right.
You have three options:
- Try Again — Regenerate with the same instructions
- Adjust New Variant — Edit the remix further
- Accept New — Replace the original with the remixed version
| 💡 Note: Closing the Remix popup discards the new remix and retains the original. |
Viewing the Prompt
Click View Prompt (top right of the results screen) to open the Prompt Preview. This shows the exact prompt used for the generation, the model that was used, Filters, and Advanced Settings applied. You can also click Reuse Prompt to load the same prompt back into the session for quick re-testing or iteration with modifications.
Generating Again (+ Button)
Use the blue + button on the left sidebar to run another generation within the same session. This creates a new version entry. Your previous versions remain accessible in the version panel.
Session Management
Versions
Every time you generate within a session, a new version is created. The left panel shows all versions as thumbnails. Click any version to view its results. Versions are numbered sequentially (Version 1, Version 2, etc.).
Ending a Session
When you’re done with a session, click the … (more options) button at the top right of the session, then select End Session. Ending a session closes it and removes it from the “Continue Where You Left Off” list on the home screen.
